Because Every Child Deserves to Feel Safe At Guru Tegh Bahadur Public School, the safety, security and well-being of our young learners remain at the heart of everything we do. We believe that children learn best when they feel secure, cared for and protected. Our school therefore follows a comprehensive approach to campus safety, combining vigilant supervision, trained personnel, robust surveillance and responsible safety practices.
Professionally trained and appropriately uniformed security guards are deployed at designated locations, including the school gates and other strategic points across the campus, ensuring vigilant monitoring of movement and access.
2. Supervision Across Every FloorTrained support staff and maids are stationed on every floor to provide assistance, maintain supervision and respond promptly to the everyday needs of our young learners.
3. Comprehensive CCTV SurveillanceClassrooms and key areas across the school campus are monitored through an extensive CCTV surveillance system, enabling continuous oversight and strengthening the overall security of the school environment.
4. Secure Monitoring InfrastructureOur surveillance system is supported by multiple secure server rooms, ensuring reliable storage and management of CCTV footage and facilitating effective monitoring of the campus.
5. Controlled Campus AccessStrategically positioned security personnel help monitor entry and exit points, contributing to a controlled and secure school environment for students, staff and visitors.
Safety at GTBPS goes beyond infrastructure and surveillance. It is a shared responsibility built into our everyday functioning. Through constant vigilance, responsible supervision and a strong culture of care, we strive to create an environment where every child can feel safe, confident and comfortable. At GTBPS, safeguarding our learners is not just a protocol—it is a commitment.
